wewerevxrenough.com is a website set up for the 40 finalists of the 2005 FHM/VXR Sports Driver of the Year competition. On here you will find photos, video clips, a few downloadable's and a forum to leave messages on.

We all like to shamelessly gloat at our outrageous good fortune in being chosen to go on last years trip, so if you are one of next years chosen few or have anything to comment on then please feel free to leave something in the forum for us!

FHM have released the details of next years Sports Driver of the Year competition and it sounds like it should be as much of a laugh as this years was.

The biggest difference will be in the qualification with 1600 people having to battle it out in go-kart's before being whittled down to the final 40. Looks like we got in the easy way! Its a bit of a shame really as they'll probably end up with 40 Matt Pinnys (I'm sure Matt would agree that 1 was more than enough!) rather than 40 random strangers with an interest in cars/ladies.

Naturally we will all be applying again knowing just how awesome a trip it's likely to be. It's just unfortunate for the new guys chosen to go that the VXR girls will all be wishing it was us lot there with them again.

As you can see on the left, FHM have supplied the VXR girls with suitably tight and ill-fitting clothing for next years jaunt! No doubt they'll be every bit as cold as they were last time in sunny (but freezing) Madrid! As it happens I had call from one of the guys at FHM asking me for some info on this site for the feature about it in Decembers issue. He told me they had 2 possible locations in mind and on the website it says it'll be in Europe (ruling out one of the possible's) so I think I know where it is. Not sure if I'm allowed to say though so I'll keep schtum for the time being...
